Melisa joined KPL in 2024 as an Office Administrator. Melisa is enthusiastic about developing new skills that will contribute to her professional growth and long-term success. She is also pleased to take on increasing responsibilities while becoming an integral part of the KPL team.
In her current role, Melisa is responsible for managing a range of administrative tasks that ensure the efficient and seamless operation of the office. As the first point of contact for both current and potential clients, she plays a key role in maintaining positive relationships and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service. Her primary focus is on providing excellent customer care, ensuring that all clients’ needs are met with the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Melisa is known for her strong organisational skills and her proactive approach to learning. She is highly motivated to acquire new competencies and thrive in her expanding role, consistently demonstrating a commitment to both personal and professional development.
In her spare time Melisa enjoys reading and spending time with her friends and family.
